Organizers of Ag in Motion and Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show acquire Farm Forum Event

The Calgary, AB farm conference, the Farm Forum Event, has been acquired by Glacier FarmMedia and will be managed by the expert event team that organizes Ag in Motion and Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show. The event is celebrating 20 years of connecting agriculture professionals with producers to help them learn and grow.

“For 20 years, Farm Forum has been a premier event for progressive farmers to learn about the latest innovation and research to improve their farming operations. It’s a natural fit to expand the Glacier FarmMedia event portfolio,” says Bob Willcox, President of Glacier FarmMedia. “Our event team looks forward to evolving and growing Farm Forum.”

The three-day event offers Ted Talk-style information sessions, keynote speakers, industry panels, and a tradeshow, along with ample social and networking opportunities.

“Farmers will learn about the latest innovations and research in nutrients, crop management, finances, markets and equipment,” says Farm Forum Event Show Director, Rob O’Connor. “Dynamic keynote speakers will challenge attendees to think differently about the way they farm.”

Farm Forum will be held December 4 to 6. 2018 at the Telus Convention Centre in Calgary, AB. Tradeshow and sponsorship opportunities are open now, and programming and speaker information is available at farmforumevent.com.
