Covering a grand total of 640 acres, Ag in Motion provides a feast for the senses AND an exercise in steps. Thankfully, there’s help to get around to ensure you can see it all.
Now celebrating its five year anniversary, Western Canada’s only outdoor farm expo provides attendees with countless opportunities to see exhibits, workshops, field plots and demonstrations of equipment, crops, livestock, and more.
In total, 260 acres are dedicated to the show site, including trade show exhibits, demonstrations and parking. An additional 380 acres adjacent to the site are designated to the Field of Excellence project, a large-scale applied research farm showcasing research and technology in real farming conditions.

Since Ag in Motion’s inception, the number of exhibitors and attendees has more than doubled. In 2018, over 30,000 people visited and over 450 exhibitors set up demonstrations and displays. This year, the tradeshow has expanded again to accommodate over 500 exhibitors.
“We’re responding by increasing the number of people movers and golf cart shuttles on-site, so we are well-prepared to support guests who want help getting around,” says Ag in Motion Show Director Rob O’Connor.
“The added ability to get around easily this year is thanks in large part to the contributions of three show sponsors: Farm Credit Canada, Meridian Manufacturing and Kubota Canada Ltd.”
Guests can board the Meridian People Movers between various points on the site, and ride shuttles back and forth from the parking lot.
Meridian Manufacturing, known for high value products that move grain, sponsors eight Meridian People Movers that stop at various points throughout the show site and parking lots to pick up and drop off attendees.
Kubota Canada Ltd. has been the official UTV supplier for Ag in Motion since year one, and will again provide a sizable fleet of 25 functional UTVs to help staff and volunteers get around the site easily.
Farm Credit Canada (FCC) is advancing the business of agriculture at Ag in Motion by sponsoring a fleet of 10 golf carts to shuttle exhibitors and attendees around the site. Other golf cart shuttle sponsors include Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation and Alliance Seed.
Stay Cool
Free water will be offered from many locations throughout the site, including the Water and Rest Stations, sponsored by TruFlex™ Canola with Roundup Ready® Technology. Plus, misting stations located around the show will help our guests stay cool.
