Hear it Here First – The 2018 Demonstration Line Up

by | Jan 18, 2018 | News

The Ag in Motion team has been laying the groundwork for the fourth annual Ag in Motion. This year, attendees can expect over 80 new exhibitors, equipment demonstrations, the latest crop technology, livestock exhibitors, plus large field demonstrations.

This year’s dates are July 17-19, 2018.

A new Air Seeder Demonstration will compare the seeding capabilities from several manufacturers. Participants will seed a test strip weeks before Ag in Motion so that attendees will be able to see how the crop has emerged. During the show, the same manufacturers will run next to the emerged strip to show the features of their unit during seeding.

The High Clearance Sprayer Ride & Drive returns for a second time this year. Ongoing daily from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, farmers can get behind the wheel to test the latest sprayer models. This year’s Ride & Drive area will be bigger than last year to allow the sprayers to get up to speed and lower booms to simulate spraying conditions in the field.

This year’s Tillage Demonstration is expected to attract over a dozen participants. See new features of tillage equipment live in the field.

Cattle Handling Demonstrations will once again take place in Livestock Central, featuring the handling systems from five different manufacturers.
