Langham, SK, January 9, 2026 – The evolution of agricultural technology on the Canadian Prairies takes the spotlight in Season 2, Episode 3 of Welcome to the Farm Show. Titled “Tech Revolution”, Episode 3 showcases how past, present and future technologies intersect at Ag in Motion, Western Canada’s largest outdoor farm show.
There are wheels turning all over the farm show within this latest episode. At Ag in Motion, the Antique Tractor Pull brings vintage machines back to life, restored by farmers and collectors who honour agriculture’s mechanical roots. Just steps away, the next generation of innovation is taking shape, as startups expand their reach with the help of Cultivator powered by Conexus.
The episode features interviews with companies and startups participating in the Cultivator AGTECH ACCELERATOR, highlighting how this Saskatchewan-based program helps entrepreneurs expand their networks and move new agricultural technologies from idea to market.
“Agriculture is such a big part of Canada, and what we do,” says Laura Mock, director of Cultivator powered by Conexus. “Saskatchewan is one of the best specialty producers of cereals and other grains. Bringing innovators, investors and industry leaders together in the heart of Canadian agriculture is the best place where we can grow agriculture innovation.”
From the raw power of early machines to the precision of today’s smart technologies, Tech Revolution highlights how innovation continues to push agriculture forward.
“To see people appreciating old tractors running at our event is pretty exciting,” says Ag in Motion show director Rob O’Connor. “My favorite part of an agriculture trade show is all the new technology like spray drones or sensor technology on an 85-foot-wide sprayer. I appreciate the nostalgia, but it’s the newness of the next-level technology that excites me.”
Season 2, Episode 3: Tech Revolution presented by Conexus Credit Union is now available to watch here with a fourth episode scheduled for release in the coming months.
