Dairy farmers are invited to start the day off right with a complimentary VIP Dairy Producer Brunch on Tuesday, July 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Event Tent.
Sponsored by BMO Bank of Montreal, New Life Mills, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers and SaskMilk, the VIP Dairy Producer Brunch gives farmers a chance to network with friends over a delicious meal and immerse themselves in then day’s dairy theme. Tickets for the brunch will be distributed by sponsors and through June producer mailings from SaskMilk, the Dairy Farmers of Manitoba and Alberta Milk. Brunch tickets also include a free admission pass to the show.
The brunch is just the start of the dairy action. Other programming includes a special dairy-focused Forage and Livestock Speaker Series, organized in partnership with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture, along with TMR and Forage demos tailored to the needs of dairy cattle. The TMR mixers will all be working with the same inputs and ration to create a TMR with their machine. Farmers will be able to compare the capabilities of each machine in terms of mix time, operation and finished product. Representatives for each company will be on hand to provide insight to farmers looking to find the right machine for their needs.
