Get ready for Ag in Motion! Before you embark on this exciting adventure, here's a helpful "Know Before You Go" guide to ensure you make the most of your experience. Dates and Times

Ag in Motion will be held July 18-20, 2023, and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Circle the dates on your calendar! There’s a lot to see at Ag in Motion over the three show days and 100+ acres, so we welcome attending multiple days to ensure you get to see everything!

Ticket Information:

Tickets are available now for purchase online here (Daily admission tickets only). This easy option allows ticket scanning quickly at the gate from your phone or a printed copy. Those visitors arriving without pre-purchased tickets can pay by debit, credit card (Visa, MasterCard only) or cash at the gate.

Plan Your Visit:

A full schedule of events happening onsite will be available closer to the show through Map Your Show and through the Ag in Motion app! Stay tuned for more details coming soon.

Dress for Success:

Keep in mind that Ag in Motion takes place outdoors, so dress comfortably and consider the weather conditions. Wear appropriate footwear, as you’ll be traversing a large show site with gravel, grass, and soil while interacting with exhibitors.

Prepare Your Essentials:

Don't forget to pack some essentials to elevate your experience. Sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses will help protect you from the sun, while a refillable water bottle will keep you hydrated throughout the event. Bringing a small bag or backpack will also come in handy for storing any goodies you pick up along the way.

Stop Clubroot at Ag in Motion

Discovery Farm Langham is committed to the prevention of soil-borne diseases such as clubroot. Clubroot is a very serious disease that can affect agricultural stakeholders and rural landscapes if contaminated soil or plant materials are spread. Please help us to reduce the spread of clubroot at Ag in Motion by washing your vehicles at the nearest carwash before entering the site. Please wash tires, wheels and undercarriage of the vehicle. See below for car wash locations. We will also have on-site tire bath and boot sanitization stations at the Ag in Motion Welcome Centres.

Is parking free?

Yes. Parking is free and we have several lots for plenty of parking.

Will Ag in Motion be cancelled if it rains?

Ag in Motion goes ahead rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather conditions, Ag in Motion may close at the discretion of the Show Director. Download the Ag in Motion app (available three weeks before the event) to get important alerts in the case of extreme weather events.

Is there a place to charge my phone or tablet?

With so much to see and capture, we recommend you bring a fully charged device! But if you forget, don’t worry. The CIBC Booth #330 on Centre Street and Saskatchewan Drive has charging stations you can use!

What kind of food is available at Ag in Motion?

We have a lot of options for visitors at the show to choose when hunger strikes. Click here to see all our food vendors.

Is water available at Ag in Motion?

Ag in Motion’s Centre Street is the place to grab a refreshing pause throughout the day. Thanks to our sponsors CIBC and TruFlex™ Canola, carts with free cold water are available every afternoon along Centre Street so guests can stay hydrated. TruFlex™ Canola provides two special relaxing stations on Centre Street with chairs and water, too.

Is there a place to park my RV overnight?

SOLD OUT for 2023 - Yes – there will be overnight RV parking permitted onsite in the RV Parking Area, but spots are extremely limited. No services are available, the cost is $50/night and all vehicles must pre-register. There are also great RV and camping facilities throughout the area.

How far will I have to walk onsite?

Ag in Motion takes place on 100 acres. Additional areas like the Demonstration Research Tour, demonstration fields, parking lots and other features can add lots of extra walking, so be sure to bring your step tracker! We recommend comfortable walking shoes, but thanks to our sponsors, there will be a limited number of small vehicles to help move people throughout the show. You can also catch one of our AGI People Movers that circulate on the site every day.

Can I bring a scooter or golf cart if I have mobility issues?

If the use of a golf cart is required for mobility reasons the following guidelines must be followed to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees, staff and exhibitors.

  • The following vehicles will not be permitted on the show site: reconfigured lawn mowers, side-by-side’s, RTVs, or any other power sport vehicle.
  • Golf carts must be able to be started by using the accelerator pedal (electric or gas).
  • All golf carts brought onto the site by attendees (not mobility scooters) will need to be registered with Ag in Motion Management prior to the show.

Is there childcare at Ag in Motion?

There is no childcare available at Ag in Motion, but the 4-H Fun Zone features 4-H Saskatchewan, Ag in the Classroom and Farm & Food Care Saskatchewan with activities for young attendees and families. The 4-H Fun Zone is located just outside the FCC Ag Pavilion and has a nursing area as well as a changing station.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are prohibited onsite at Ag in Motion, apart from Service Dogs which are welcome at Ag in Motion.

Where do I go for help at Ag in Motion?

AGI Information Booths around the show are staffed with helpful humans to answer your questions. There are four booths in strategic locations throughout the site. Or ask a question of any Ag in Motion staff wearing a t-shirt with an Ag in Motion logo, or a volunteer in a branded bright green T-shirt. Thanks to Bayer Crop Science for providing shirts for our dedicated volunteers. And, thanks to our volunteers for helping!

I'm exhibiting at Ag in Motion. Where do I go if I have questions at the show?

The Ag in Motion Show Services Centre is in the northwest corner of the Ag in Motion site near Gate A and is open during the show. This is the spot for exhibitors to get their questions answered, or order last-minute services such as ice, water and more.
